Warranty Policy
- Lifetime Warranty: PRSPARES honors a lifetime warranty for all parts deemed to be of inferior quality.
- Replacement Policy: Any parts returned within the warranty period due to issues covered under our warranty will be replaced with new parts.
Return Conditions
- Warranty Stamp Requirement: All items sold by PRSPARES come with a warranty stamp. Returns without this stamp will not be accepted. Please ensure that you are returning PRSPARES items and not those from other vendors.
- Original Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging, including the protective film on LCDs and digitizers, along with the warranty seal. Absence of these items will void the warranty.
- Third-Party Returns: Items returned by third parties, rather than the original purchaser, will void the warranty.
- Exclusions: Issues listed in Appendix I will not be covered by the warranty.
- RMA Process: PRSPARES commits to addressing each RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) case within 30 days of receipt. We will conduct tests to identify the issue and provide a test report along with proposed remedial actions. If there is no response to the proposal from the customer within a reasonable period, we will consider the matter resolved according to our proposed solution.
- RMA Documentation: Items sent back to us without the necessary RMA documentation will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning defective parts. PRSPARES will cover the shipping costs of sending replacement parts to the customer.
- Coverage: The warranty only covers defective parts. Items that are unwanted, unused, or have been damaged are not covered under this warranty.
- RMA Number: All returned items must be accompanied by an RMA Number. Please contact PRSPARES to obtain this number before sending any items back.

Our liability is limited solely to the commercial value of the merchandise. PRSPARES does not cover loss or damage occurring during the return transit of any products.
